Initial setup
How to configure your account and set up the Privacta environment for your organization.
First login
After receiving your credentials, log in to the platform and complete the organization profile: name, sector, number of employees and DPO role.
Correctly configuring the organization profile is essential for the automatic generation of deadlines and document templates.
Inviting your team
You can invite team members from Settings → Users. Each user can be given a specific role: Administrator, DPO, Function Owner or Viewer.
Importing existing data
If you already have a Records of Processing in Excel or CSV format, you can import it directly into the platform through the guided import feature.
