Data controller

The data controller is Bitify S.r.l. (VAT 09039171211), based in Crispano (NA), Italy. To exercise the rights described in this notice, or for any question about how your data is processed, you can write to pec@bitify.it.

No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, as it is not mandatory for this activity.

What data we collect

The site only collects the data you voluntarily enter in the two available forms:

— Demo Request form: first name, last name, email, company, role, number of employees, area of interest, message. — Contact form: name, email, message.

We do not use profiling or tracking cookies. The cookie banner only stores a technical preference in your browser (localStorage) to remember your consent choice: we do not install analytics cookies until we explicitly enable them, and this notice will be updated accordingly when we do.

Why we process this data

Data collected through the forms is processed to respond to your contact or demo request and, should a business relationship follow, to manage it. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where explicit consent is requested, consent itself (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Who we share your data with

The site's forms are handled by an in-house script that receives the data you enter and forwards it to our email inbox, without storing it permanently or passing it to any third-party service. The site and email inbox are hosted on Aruba S.p.A. infrastructure, with servers located in the European Union: your data never leaves the EU.

Your data is not sold, shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes, or used for automated profiling.

How long we keep your data

Data collected through the forms is kept for the duration of the relationship (from the contact/demo request until it is closed, whether successfully or not). Beyond that, we keep it only for as long as necessary to comply with legal, accounting or litigation-defense obligations.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing, at any time, by writing to pec@bitify.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing violates applicable law.

This notice may be updated over time, in particular when we introduce new tools (e.g. analytics cookies). The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page.
